A tough run in the trails at Seaford.  I spent 8 or 9 minutes running against the current of a shallow little stream. The Jay Challenge will put me on some serious trails, on some wicked hills, and in maybe a mile of river running.  I figured I'd test my sea legs.  For the race day, I must remember to bring a couple pairs of socks, because taking care of my feet after running through the water will help--and rinsing my shoes may be worth the 2 or 3 minutes added time.

  41:20 total time.

-  8:30 in stream

-----------------

32:50 ish on trails... maybe 4.5 miles
